How do I request a return?

To request a return, please email us at info@zettika.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. Once reviewed, we’ll provide further instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

What is your return address?

Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your request has been approved.

For privacy and security reasons, we do not publish our return address publicly.

Who pays for the return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

I purchased using a discount code, is this considered a sale item? Or can I return it?

Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for return in the form of store credit or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

Items specifically marked as “Sale” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If an item purchased on sale or with a discount code is faulty, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

My item is faulty or incorrect, what do I do?

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it promptly.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
